Why Civil Service? TL;DR: Mostly here for bhaaji-tarkari reasons.  Full post: I want to list all the reasons I chose this journey. Just to be clear.  That sense of justice- being a grassroots uplifter and servant.  My ethical commitment. Parents' retirement nearing- and the pending fees for my sister's medical college. To be able to marry the man I am in love with, who is not from my caste.  Stability, respect, income etc.

July 1, 2025 I have re-inducted myself into the process of the CSE. In around 2.5 months I will appear for the first major test- the prelims of exam of my state's civil service. Need to fill, as Rudyard Kipling says, "the unforgiving minute/ With sixty seconds' worth of distance run."  "If" is a quiet little genius.
